Phone Sex Client Confidentiality

How confidential are our conversations? Is our chat as confidential as Lawyer-Client, Doctor/Patient or Preist/Confessor? Well yes and no…

According to Wikepedia:

“Client confidentiality is the principle that an institution or individual should not reveal information about their clients to a third party without the consent of the client or a clear legal reason. This concept is commonly provided for in law in most countries.”

Personally, i take my role as sexual confidant very serious. Like the Courtesans of the Roman Empire, your secrets are safe. What we talk about is private, i realize it is you personal thoughts ideas and turns-ons – sometimes thing you cant share with anyone else.

Although i write about many of the calls here, i do so ONLY with the callers permission. And, I change the caller’s name and city.

In the Niteflirt agreement it states specifically they do not record conversations. Niteflirt could or may give up your records if served a subpeona or asked to provide such info by law enforcement – i would hope that will be unlikely!!

The only thing i can guarantee is that somehow some sneaky Homeland Security wire tap is not picking up on our steamy chats and some horny guys in a hidden room are listening ;)
